Excellent food
My co-worker and I ordered food which they claim they called us 23 times and were outside our building. This was after over an hour after we called for the food which the location is only 10 mins away. Both of us looked and called the guy was never there and than when I called to get a refund the lady who answered had attitude and hung up me 2x after demanding to speak to a manager. The manager she claimed wasn't their called my cell phone back and threatened me when I demanded my refund to my card back. I order from them all the time at my full time job with no problem and food is normally no problems. I will NEVER order from them again and make sure my Office knows not to either. Terrible service and management as well.
You don't know how much I want to like this place. Nice family runs this place, and it's a little neighborhood restaurant I want to support. The Pad Thai is overcooked and under-seasoned. The Tom Khai soup does not taste like anything, and it is completely lacking the distinct lemongrass flavor. I moved here from Southern California (which has some great Thai food) so I thought maybe NoVa just didn't have good Thai cuisine, but go one block down to Ghin Na Ree and get authentic, generous, and delicious Thai food.
Sorry . Great service.Food sucks.Actually food sucks a lot.l feel sick now that I am home
I've been ordering from here for the last 12 years. The food used to be very consistent and delicious. Sometimes, it's hit and miss now, but usually, it's really good. I'm not into the pad Thai scene. So many people just love pad Thai. I could never understand that. Paid Thai has always seemed bland to me, no matter where I've ordered it. I've always liked the drunken noodle with chicken here. The yellow curry has been good from day one. The fried rice and chicken satay are really good too.
Service was pleasant. Food was very bland. My massaman curry was watery and didn't have much flavor. My companion had the red curry which suffered from the same issues. It was cheap. But not good
Thai Thai is located in a fairly nondescript strip mall, so I had passed by it many times. One night we happened by it and decided to give it a try and I'm so glad that we did! The food is way better than many of the other Thai restaurants I've tried out here and the waitress that we've had every time we've gone always makes us smile. Definitely worth a try if you're in the mood for Thai.
Outstanding! The best Thai restaurant in Arlington and there are many. The chicken panang is excellent.
One of the best thai food in the area.. Must try .. I must say everything awesome and Pad thai is 😋 just delicious
I eat here all the time it is the best and everyone is so nice and they clean everything up for you and there ice cream is awesome
TL;DR: It was great, service was great, food was great, it was pretty cheap too and serving were large. Ive been looking for a new Thai place to frequent for a while now. I love hole in the wall type places as they're usually great, and this one definitely fits the bill. My girlfriend and I had the spring rolls, drunken noodles, Thai fried rice, and Thai iced tea. All of it was amazing and the service was great.
Great food! Great prices! Efficient delivery!
I really liked their drunken noodles; I had the chef use tofu instead of a meat option. It's interesting: they put the noodles and the ingredients on a bed of lettuce which is on a plate - it was really good! The woman who had taken our order (not sure if she was one of the owners or chefs) came out and talked with us for a bit - very pleasant. I liked all of the flavors and the lettuce tasted very fresh. The noodle dish provided a sort of 'dressing' to the lettuce. Also, if you like spices, request the sauces they have - there is one pepper/vinegar sauce they make which I couldn't get enough of! I look forward to trying more of their dishes.
Good neighborhood haunt. They do a lot of take out, so the restaurant itself is rarely busy. Great deals at lunch!
My favorite thai, I’m also a delivery driver and always get orders from this place
Food was, fresh and had good flavor. The service was fine despite the bad reviews on line. I would return if I’m back in the area.
Best thai food in Virginia
Good place
My favorite Pad Thai in Arlington area. Plus price is good too. Only downside - they only deliver within 2 miles of their location. : /
This place consistently produces high quality Thai food. Would highly recommend if you like good authentic Thai food.
Amazingly great Pad thai
The Pad Thai here is the best I've ever had.
Nice food, nice people and nice prices 👌🏼
Loved the green curry. Staff was friendly and they are open late!
Wow, I was blown away by how delicious the food was here. I am furious at myself for having lived in Arlington for many years and never went here. The lunch special was only $8 for a delicious entree, tasty lemongrass soup, and a spring roll. I highly recommend this place. I plan on returning to find out if lunch was a fluke or are dinner entrees just as satisfying.
Had dinner here with a work friend when we came here for training.
Ordered takeout. Quick service. Friendly staff. Good food.
Solid Thai food at pretty standard prices for the area.Thai Iced Tea was very good. Red curry duck was a little tough but the flavor was good.
Delicious Food!! Very reasonable prices!!
Ordered takeout from here and it was really really bad. We ordered Pad Thai and Pad Soon Sen. Both were completely flavorless, packing salt, spice, or anything else that makes Thai food so great. I had to douse the meal in chili pepper and soy sauce just to help with the extreme dryness of the noodles and chicken. Maybe their food is better when dining in, but I certainly will not be ordering takeout from here again.
I've been a regular here for years now. Absolutely fantastic food. Their curries are to die for. Their drunken noodles definitely the best I've had in northern Virginia.
Great food. Fast service. We always get takeout.
The flounder is amazing... with the hot chili sauce. I went there last night after a very long time and I really was pleased at how good the food was. Their coconut cake was so delicious that we took whatever was left to go.... 6 pieces in my fridge right now :)
this store service is very bad there are waiting for food long time there is no Customer service customer take care people so bad
A very typical mom-and-pop restaurant. Seems small enough, and for being a Thai restaurant, the service is actually quite friendly and attentive. Although the food did not entirely blow my socks off, if you're looking for something that is reliable, tastes as you would expect, and will leave you regretting your choices, this is a great stop.
The BEST thai place in Arlington. I have been to so many other places and this tops it off. Great service and great food! Low key environment too.
Disgusting place, went in and got a soup and then went into my car to try some of my soup and found A DEAD COCKROACH floating. Went back and the woman was outside smoking on the phone and said she'd change the soup. Lol no, got my money and not going back.
Very delicious food
Friendly staffs, good price, food is okay
Good food little stinks , over all good value
I go to this great spot quite a bit! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this place many times. The meals are very good, the crew is welcoming and the rates are good. I enjoy being in this place for a nice lunch.
We've visited Thai Thai since 2006 when it was then our favorite. For some reason, we've noticed food quality to diminish. Our carryout this past week will be our last -- the beef curry had a spoiled smell and taste and was thrown out. The owner offered no refund so we will simply patronize the many other Thai eating places in the area.
Loved the food! They took me seriously when I asked for thai hot and my food was actually spicy for once! Also, they offer free delivery and the lady serving was super nice.
Crispy duck was amazing so was the Thai tea. Pad Thai the best I had but my friend really liked it.
One of the best Pad Thai options in Arlington. Great lunch specials.
I live an easy walk away and used to go here pretty often, but it seems the quality has slipped in the last year. The staff used to be very friendly and the food had a vivaciousness that I really enjoyed. Now it seems to be kinda "meh", on atmosphere and food. I still treasure it for introducing me to Nam Tok, but I think I'll go up the road to and give Ghin Na Ree a try, or a bit farther afield to Rabieng.
😀😀😀😀😎😎😀😀😀😀😀 best Thai food ever eat take out regularly, go in every other month. Amazing staff, super nice.
They have good food and friendly service
Just ok. The food is passable as Thai. Nothing special.
Never been to Thailand but the sticky rice is really good. Everything was nice and spicy.Need to eat here more.
